The picture below comes from the Optibike.com web site, and shows the effect of temperature on Li-ion battery capacity. Although the use of the Li-ion battery in the graph below relates to a bike rather than a Leaf, the physics for the battery will be the same.
For UK purposes, I read this, broadly, as battery capacity is reduced by about 1% for every 1C below about 20C.
